T.A.D.R.U.L.E.S. provides cross-provincial trade regulation analysis, CFTA compliance audits, and advisory services for businesses operating in Canada. Deliverables include written reports, regulatory mapping, barrier identification, and remediation recommendations. All services are performed in accordance with the professional standards of the consulting industry and the applicable provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.
The client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding their operations, supply chains, and any relevant regulatory interactions. Failure to disclose material facts may limit the scope of the audit and void any liability on the part of T.A.D.R.U.L.E.S. for incomplete or inaccurate findings. The client is responsible for implementing any recommended changes and for obtaining independent legal advice where necessary.
T.A.D.R.U.L.E.S. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the information provided on this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct as determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
Either party may terminate a consulting engagement with 30 days written notice. T.A.D.R.U.L.E.S. reserves the right to terminate immediately if the client violates any term of this agreement or engages in conduct that could harm the reputation or operations of the agency. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately. Continued use of the site or services after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. It is the client's responsibility to review this page periodically.
